Ideal Candidate:
Vertical Mass is looking for an Account Executive to play a critical role in developing and managing successful advertising programs for key clients. This executive will be responsible for developing advertising programs for top national consumer brands and agencies who are focused on reaching music, sports and entertainment audiences.

Your Responsibilities:
Prospect and develop key senior level ad agency and company relationships in order to effectively build and maintain territory ad revenue vs. budget
Proactively prospect, qualify, grow, and maintain a regional territory account list that includes primarily Fortune 500 companies, large agencies and music industry accounts.
Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
Execute and deliver high quality responses to all Avails & RFPs
Create innovative sales presentations, incorporating industry research and campaign performance data
Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements

Who You Are:
You have 3 to 5 years of digital advertising sales experience
You must have experience partnering with brand and agency decision makers who actively invest in reaching music and sports audiences
You have a deep understanding of the digital advertising marketplace with a focus on social platforms, programmatic and data marketplaces
You have a deep understanding of music industry digital marketing
You have the ability to develop and manage a consistent sales pipeline
You are highly motivated and entrepreneurial, while driven to exceed your goals
You are energetic and willing to thrive in a start-up atmosphere and has the ability to be flexible as we expand the business
You have great problem solving skills, negotiating skills and a team player You possess understanding and ability to analyze clients’ business marketing objectives, brand or ROI goals, media buying cycles, metrics for success, etc.
You think strategically and can act quickly on your feet Excellent communication and presentation skills
Advanced skills with Keynote, PowerPoint and Excel
NY based but willingness to travel when needed
